We got married in 2022 at the beautiful and historic St. Anthony Hotel in San Antonio, TX. Pandemic restrictions were lifting and folks were gathering again. We had the highly fortunate chance to be paired with Bridget as our planner and hotel contact.

Bridget is calm and calming. She communicates plainly, but expertly. She doesn’t try to impose her likes or dislikes. She gives you the pros and cons and allows you time to make your own choices. The day of she was somehow ever present for both me and my groom. If ever I have another significant event to plan I will choose Bridget each and every time.I cannot express enough gratitude to Bridget for making our wedding day truly special. From day one, Bridget truly thought of everything. Every detail, every deadline, every moving part, she had it covered. She walked us through every step of the process and had amazing ideas and advice. When our venue unexpectedly canceled on us just two months before the wedding, we were completely overwhelmed. She immediately went into action mode, pivoted seamlessly, and helped us secure a new plan without missing a beat. What could have been a disaster turned into just another hurdle she expertly handled.
We were based in San Francisco, and she is based in the greater Seattle area, and distance was never an issue. She scheduled calls whenever we needed, reached out to vendors, and followed up consistently to keep everyone aligned. She even flew down to SF twice during the planning process and then arrived early the week of the wedding to make sure everything was perfectly in place. That level of dedication meant the world to us.
She reminded us about payments and deadlines and caught so many little things we absolutely would have forgotten. Her organization and proactive communication gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire process. One thing that meant so much to me personally was how supportive she was of my DIY projects. She encouraged me to be creative and never once made me feel like I was adding extra work. I know some planners prefer to limit DIY elements, but she fully embraced them, and then set everything up absolutely perfectly. Every detail looked even better than I imagined. I truly think that level of flexibility and support is rare.
On the wedding day, she struck the perfect balance of being flexible while still keeping us right on schedule. Any crisis that came up was handled calmly and professionally, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. All vendors were well-informed, coordinated, and prepared. She even created and printed a detailed binder with everything from schedules and song lists to seating charts, the level of preparation was incredible.
We are beyond grateful for her. She is not only an amazing planner but an even better person. Her calm presence, organization, and genuine care made all the difference. I truly cannot sing her praises enough. If you’re wondering whether she can handle your wedding—no matter your location—the answer is absolutely yes. She flawlessly executed our day, and we would choose Bridget again in a heartbeat.
